Carbon Material Resistivity Tester

Published: 10/8/2016

Bench-top instrument for measuring electrical resistivity of carbon materials, graphite blocks, and carbon papers at room temperature. Designed for compliance with ISO 11713-2000, YS/T 63.2-2005, and YS/T 64-1993 test methods used in the aluminum and carbon products industries.

Product Description

The WDT Carbon Material Resistivity Tester measures the electrical resistivity of bulk carbon and graphite specimens as well as carbon paper. It employs a high-precision constant current source with automatic display of current and voltage to deliver stable, accurate, and intuitive operation.

A flexible specimen platform accommodates various diameters and lengths, allowing 360-degree rotation for convenient probe alignment and measurement. The system supports standardized testing of cathode blocks, prebaked anodes, anode paste, cathode paste, and other carbon products at ambient conditions according to ISO 11713-2000, YS/T 63.2-2005, and YS/T 64-1993.
