Hydraulic Cement Flexural Testing Machine

The SYD Hydraulic Cement Flexural Testing Machine is primarily used for flexural strength tests of concrete specimens and compressive strength tests of cement, mortar, and red brick, as well as other building materials. It can also be used for testing the compressive strength of non-metallic materials such as mortar test blocks and quick test concrete blocks.

The machine meets GB/T3722 standard requirements and features hydraulic loading, electronic force measurement, digital display of load, loading rate display, peak load display, as well as overload protection and data retention in case of power failure. The machine uses a high-precision sensor and digital display instrument, and with an additional computer system, test results can be stored, retrieved, and printed.

The design includes a rotating screw to adjust the compression space, which significantly accelerates the testing process. It also features added flexural accessories for conducting flexural tests, and simple calibration that can be performed by users following the user manual. The system configuration includes a testing machine host, oil source control cabinet, data display device, and oil pressure sensor.
