The DY Electric Hydraulic Sample Press is designed for laboratory sample preparation across ceramics, construction materials, chemical, and pharmaceutical applications. It supports multiple molds and accessories to accommodate diverse specimen formats, enabling one machine to serve multiple use cases.
A two-stage hydraulic pump provides high oil flow for rapid approach and low flow for high-pressure pressing, improving efficiency and control. Safety is enhanced by an internal pressure-limiting valve that automatically returns oil when pressure exceeds the rated value, while digital pressure indication allows peak-value setting and hold for consistent pressing results.
The compact, lightweight structure simplifies installation and maintenance, making it suitable for routine laboratory operations.
