High-Temperature Guarded Hot Plate Thermal Conductivity Tester for Refractory Materials

Published: 3/9/2021

The DRX-I-SPB measures thermal conductivity of refractory materials, ceramic fiber products, insulation bricks, boards, and powders at elevated temperatures using a guarded hot plate method. It supports automated control, data acquisition, and report generation in accordance with GB/T 17911.8-2002 and YB/T 4130-2005.

Product Description

The instrument is designed for precise determination of low thermal conductivity in refractory products under high-temperature conditions. Typical samples include refractory ceramic fiber products, insulation bricks and boards, and powder materials.

The system follows GB/T 17911.8-2002 and YB/T 4130-2005 (water-flow guarded hot plate method), using computer-based automatic testing and data processing to deliver consistent control and traceable reports. Optional customization is available for vacuum requirements.
