Product Description

The DRH300 is a heat flow method guarded hot plate system designed to characterize the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of insulation and other slab materials such as clays, sands, ceramics, and plastics. Its symmetric configuration places a heat flux transducer on both the hot and cold plates to improve accuracy and response, enabling rapid stabilization and repeatable measurements.

All testing steps—from temperature control through data acquisition, analysis, and report generation—are automated via an upper-computer interface or an optional embedded touch-screen HMI. The system supports rapid measurements for quality control, with the ability to stop once a stable thermal resistance is reached or extend test time as required. Measurement methods strictly conform to ASTM C518, ISO 8301, and GB/T 10295.
