The DRH300 measures thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of insulation boards, soils, ceramics, plastics, and similar materials using the heat flow meter method. It supports automated control, data acquisition, and reporting in compliance with ASTM C518, ISO 8301, and GB/T 10295.
Product Description
The DRH300 is a heat flow meter method instrument designed for precise, repeatable measurement of thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of low-to-medium conductivity materials. A symmetric dual heat-flow sensor configuration with hot and cold plates ensures rapid stabilization and responsive measurement behavior, enabling short test cycles for QC and process control.
All core test functions—from plate temperature control to data acquisition and analysis—are automated. The system connects to a host computer for fully automatic testing, report generation, data processing, printing, and storage, and can be configured with an embedded touchscreen interface for stand‑alone operation as required.
