Product Description
The DRH300 Guarded Hot Plate Thermal Conductivity Tester is designed to meet industrial demands for high-performance insulation material measurement systems. It offers precise, fast, and easy operation with fully automated features, setting a new standard in industrial testing. The instrument's dual heat flow sensor configuration allows for quick stabilization, providing responsive measurements. It achieves compliance with ASTM C518, ISO 8301, and GB/T 10295 standards.
The tester can detect the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of materials such as insulation boards, clay, sand, ceramics, and plastics. It connects to an upper computer for full automation, including report generation, data collection, processing, and storage. Additionally, the user interface through a touchscreen enables automated test operations and data retention.
The DRH300's infrastructure includes a sample size setup of 300 mm by 300 mm with thickness from 10 to 50 mm. It is equipped with a precise temperature control system handling up to 100°C for the hot plate and as low as -30°C for the cold plate. The system offers flexibility in cooling methods and demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and repeatability in measurement results.
