The DRH300 measures thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of insulation and other plate-like materials using a guarded hot plate heat flow method. It supports automated temperature control, data acquisition, analysis, and report generation in accordance with ASTM C518, ISO 8301, and GB/T 10295.
Product Description
The DRH300 is designed for precise and repeatable determination of thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of insulation boards and other materials such as clays, sands, ceramics, and plastics. A symmetric dual heat-flow sensor configuration with independently controlled hot and cold plates enables rapid stabilization and reliable results for both quality control and process monitoring.
All test functions—from temperature control to data acquisition and analysis—are automated, with options for upper-computer control or an embedded touchscreen interface depending on user preference. The system can generate test reports, store data, and allows users to terminate or extend measurement durations based on stability and accuracy requirements.
