The DRX-II-300A Thermal Conductivity Tester measures the thermal conductivity of building insulation materials such as fibers, foams, and glass. It is widely used in material testing institutes, research facilities, and quality control departments across industries.

Product Description

The DRX-II-300A Thermal Conductivity Tester is designed to evaluate the thermal conductivity of various solid materials used in building engineering, including insulation materials, glass, fibers, and foams. The instrument supports testing of materials such as fiberboards, loose-filled glass fibers, ceramic fibers, foam plastics (XPS/EPS/PUR), composite boards, vacuum panels, rubber products, cement products, and gypsum boards. It adheres to the GB/T 10294-2008 standard using a shielded hot plate method and incorporates major technical advancements from the previous DRX-I-PC model to minimize environmental thermal interference.

The tester features a double-plate design with advanced insulation technology and high-precision temperature detection and compensation circuits. It includes a fuzzy PID controlled heat plate and guard plate temperature tracking system. The tester offers self-calibration for thermal conductivity and heating power, automatic compensation for specimen thickness, and integrates with a WINDOWS-based thermal analysis software for real-time data measurement and analysis. This versatile instrument accommodates various materials, providing precise measurements with an option for additional cooling mediums and supports – an electronic semiconductor cooling system, compressed air cooling, and ethanol medium for cooling.
