The DRH300 tester measures the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of insulating materials using the guarded hot plate method. It is ideal for testing materials such as clay, sand, ceramics, and plastics in compliance with ASTM C518, ISO 8301, and GB/T 10295 standards.

Product Description

The DRH300 Insulating Material Guarded Hot Plate Thermal Conductivity Tester uses a dual heat flow meter to measure the thermal conductivity and resistance of insulating board materials. The device connects to an upper-level computer for fully automatic detection, automatically generating experimental reports and storing data. It supports further customization with an embedded computer and a touchscreen interface for automation.

Designed to meet industrial demands for high-performance insulating material measurement systems, the DRH300 provides precise, rapid, and easy-to-operate testing characteristics. It can stabilize quickly and respond promptly to material characteristics thanks to its precise plate temperature control and dual heat flow sensor configuration. The device is capable of measuring a material's resistance value within minutes.
