The DRH300 measures thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of insulation and board-like materials using the guarded hot plate (dual heat-flow sensors) method. It complies with ASTM C518, ISO 8301, and GB/T 10295 for accurate, repeatable testing and supports automated control, acquisition, and reporting.
Product Description
The DRH300 is a guarded hot plate thermal conductivity meter designed for rapid and reliable characterization of insulation and low-to-medium conductivity materials such as board-type insulators, clays, sands, ceramics, and plastics. Its symmetric dual heat-flow sensor configuration and precise plate temperature control enable fast stabilization and high repeatability, making it suitable for R&D, QC, and process control.
Testing is fully automated from temperature control through data acquisition, analysis, and report generation. The system can be operated via a host computer and optionally with an embedded touchscreen HMI for on-instrument testing and data storage. Typical measurements can reach stable thermal resistance values within minutes, and the temperature range can be customized to application needs.
