The DRX-II-JH High Temperature Thermal Conductivity Tester uses the longitudinal heat flow method to measure the thermal conductivity of conductive materials at elevated temperatures. It is suitable for applications in studying the thermal properties of metals and non-metal conductive materials such as graphite.
Product Description
The DRX-II-JH High Temperature Thermal Conductivity Tester is based on the principle of the longitudinal heat flow method. It is mainly used to measure the thermal conductivity of conductive objects at high temperatures, including metallic materials like copper and stainless steel, as well as non-metallic conductive materials such as graphite. The instrument employs the direct current longitudinal heat flow method to determine the thermal conductivity of conductor materials, adhering to standards such as GB3651-83 for metals and GB8722-88 for graphite.
The design allows users to perform fully automated testing through a computer interface, with configurable heating rates. This system is particularly valuable for studying the heat transfer characteristics of conductive materials. The primary configuration of the system includes a testing mainframe, a data acquisition system, an electrical control system, and testing software.
