Digital Microcomputer Plasticity Tester
Published: 9/16/2020
The Digital Microcomputer Plasticity Tester measures the plasticity of ceramic clay using a stress-strain relationship method. It is primarily used in the ceramics, construction materials, and abrasives industries.
Product Description
The KS-B Digital Microcomputer Plasticity Tester is an innovative instrument designed for measuring the plasticity of ceramic clay. It is highly applicable in industries such as ceramics, electrical porcelain, building materials, and abrasives. The instrument complies with the QB/T1322-1991 standard for determining the plasticity index of ceramic clay.
This tester offers two methods of measurement. The first is the plasticity index method, which determines the plasticity by studying the stress-strain relationship during the clay's deformation under force. It is especially scientific and minimizes human influence, making it suitable for cylindrical samples. The second method measures the clay's resistance to changes in shape, suitable for spherical samples.
