The DRH300 is a flat-plate heat flow meter system for measuring thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of insulation and low-conductivity materials. It complies with ASTM C518, ISO 8301, and GB/T 10295 for rapid, automated testing and reporting.
Product Description
The DRH300 thermal conductivity tester uses the heat flow meter method with symmetrical sample configuration between a heated plate and a cooled plate to evaluate insulation materials such as mineral wool, rubber, insulation boards, ceramics, plastics, clays, and sands. Precise plate temperature control and dual heat-flow sensors enable fast stabilization and high repeatability, allowing users to obtain accurate thermal resistance values in minutes for quality control and process monitoring.
The system supports fully automated operation from temperature control through data acquisition, analysis, report generation, printing, and data storage. Depending on user requirements, it can be configured with an embedded computer and touchscreen HMI to complete automatic testing and data management.
