Bench-top instrument for measuring the thermal conductivity of refractory materials, ceramic fiber products, insulation bricks, boards, and powders using a water-flow guarded hot plate method. Suitable for low to medium conductivity materials with automated control and report generation.
Product Description
The DRX-I-SPB measures thermal conductivity of refractory ceramics, ceramic fiber products, insulation bricks and boards, and powdery refractory materials. It operates in accordance with GB/T 17911.8-2002 (ceramic fiber products thermal conductivity test) and YB/T 4130-2005 (refractory thermal conductivity test, water-flow flat-plate method).
The system uses an industrial PC for fully automatic control, providing a user-friendly interface, precise temperature control, and automatic data logging and report printing. Multi-layer specimens can be tested simultaneously, and configurations with maximum temperatures of 1000°C, 1400°C, or 1600°C are available; vacuum configurations can be customized on request.
