Product Description
The DRX-I-SPB Refractory Thermal Conductivity Tester is designed to assess low thermal conductivity in refractory products, including refractory ceramic fiber, insulation bricks, and panels. The instrument applies the plate method, according to GB/T 17911.8-2002 and YB/T 4130-2005 standards, for conducting tests with high precision. An industrial PC manages the fully automated control, enabling user-friendly operation and accurate temperature management.
Capable of measuring samples with dimensions up to 230 × 230 × 40 mm, this tester operates within a temperature range of 600°C to 1600°C, using molybdenum rod heating for high-temperature environments. The setup includes a fully automatic testing and analysis software package, cooling systems, and the ability to operate under vacuum conditions. It's perfectly suited for applications in the production and quality control of refractory materials across various high-temperature industrial sectors.
