Product Description
The PZY-III-1000 measures the linear thermal expansion coefficient of glass bottles, ampoules, rods, tubes, plates, and finished glass products. It is designed for pharmaceutical packaging glass and conforms to the 2015 Chinese pharmacopeia packaging standard method (YBB00202003-2015) for average linear thermal expansion coefficient.
The system integrates microcomputer control with intelligent instrumentation to monitor and control displacement and temperature throughout the test. It features a vertical structure with optional single or dual push-rod configuration for convenient sample loading, an industrial color touchscreen interface, automated analysis of expansion data, plotting of temperature–expansion curves, multi-level user access control, data storage and review, a built-in micro printer for direct result output, and a built-in air-cooling device to accelerate furnace cooldown for higher throughput.
