The HPA-300 Rock Thermal Conductivity Tester is designed with transient heat flow and longitudinal heat flow technologies, providing precise and rapid measurements of thermal resistance and conductivity. It can accommodate a wide range of materials with varying thermal conductivities, making it suitable for both high and medium-conductivity materials. The device operates within a sample temperature range from room temperature up to 300°C, and all data is collected and analyzed through integrated testing software.

The tester features a vertical structure with automatic loading and pressure control, ensuring accurate results. It has a maximum testing temperature of 300°C and a power measurement capacity of 60W, using advanced software for automated test analysis and control through a touchscreen interface. Temperature distribution is measured at multiple points along the sample, with a constant cooling system maintaining a cold-end temperature at 20°C. Additionally, the device allows pressure adjustment up to 1000N and supports sample dimensions of φ50×100 mm and φ37.5×100 mm, boasting a measurement accuracy of 3% and repeatability precision of 1%.
