The TZY-600/800/1000 system measures dimensional and shape characteristics of ceramic wall and floor tiles in a single setup. It supports compliance testing to GB/T 3810.2-2006 and EN ISO 10545-2 for straightness, squareness, and flatness.
Product Description
The TZY series is designed to quickly and accurately determine the dimensional and surface quality parameters of ceramic tiles, including edge straightness, squareness, and flatness. A single placement of the test piece allows simultaneous acquisition of all relevant indices, improving throughput for quality control and laboratory verification.
The instrument is intended for tile manufacturers and third-party laboratories conducting conformity assessments to GB/T 3810.2-2006 and EN ISO 10545-2. Optional digital indicators can be configured for direct PC connectivity to capture and process test data, and operation requires matched aluminum alloy reference plates corresponding one-to-one with the sample size.
