Bending strength represents the maximum stress that a material can withstand under bending loads per unit area. The tester complies with the GB 1431-2009 standard for measuring the flexural strength of carbon materials, suitable for room temperature testing.
The test employs the static elastic modulus method, applying a low displacement rate load to bending specimens and analyzing the stress-strain relationship to measure the elastic modulus, as per the YS/T63.13-2006 standard for carbon material testing part 13. The test system uses computer and microcontroller technologies for test management and data acquisition, providing an automated testing environment. It offers a user-friendly interface in both Chinese and English, allowing for easy testing, data analysis, print output, and archival of test data.
