Graphite Carbon Block Flexural Strength and Fracture Energy Tester

Published: 4/2/2018

Bench-top tester for determining flexural strength and static Young’s modulus of graphite and carbon blocks at ambient temperature. Complies with GB 1431-2009 and YS/T 63.13-2006 static method requirements for B2B laboratory and industrial quality control.

Product Description

The ISPC-23 measures the flexural strength and static Young’s modulus of graphite and other carbon materials using a static three-point bending method at room temperature. The system applies load at a controlled, low displacement rate to capture stress–strain behavior and compute elastic modulus.

Designed for laboratory and production quality control, the instrument supports automated testing with data acquisition, curve plotting, analysis, printing, and archiving. It is suitable for evaluating carbon and graphite products in accordance with GB 1431-2009 and the static modulus method specified in YS/T 63.13-2006 (Part 13).
