The Carbon Block Resistivity Tester measures the electrical conductivity of carbon materials and graphite blocks. It is used primarily in quality control environments for carbon blocks, pre-baked anodes, and other carbon products.
Product Description
The WDT Carbon Block Resistivity Tester is designed to evaluate the conductive performance of materials such as carbon blocks and graphite. It uses a high-precision constant current source to provide stable and accurate current and voltage display. The setup allows for flexibility in testing specimens of varying diameters and lengths. This instrument complies with ISO 11713-2000, YS/T63.2-2005, and YS/T 64-1993 standards for measuring resistivity at room temperature in cathode carbon blocks, pre-baked anodes, anode paste, cathode paste, and other carbon products.
The high-precision constant voltage and current source features an input of 220V±10% with power consumption not exceeding 300VA. The output voltage range is 0–24V and current is 0–5A with an accuracy of 0.01%. The tester offers a testing platform for sample diameters from Φ20 to Φ50 mm, lengths of 80 to 130 mm, and a resistivity range of 0.5 to 200.0 μΩ·m with 0.5% accuracy. It also supports test report generation and data retrieval functions, enhancing lab efficiency in managing and analyzing test results.
