The TCY-II vertical drop tester evaluates the drop impact resistance of complete, fully packed transport packages. It is designed to meet GB/T 4857.5-92, ISO 2248, and JIS Z0202-87 requirements for edge, face, and corner drop testing.
Product Description
The TCY-II Vertical Drop Tester is engineered for assessing the mechanical robustness of transport packaging by performing controlled vertical impact drops. Conforming to GB/T 4857.5-92, ISO 2248, and JIS Z0202-87, the system delivers stable operation, high measurement accuracy, and automated control.
The system comprises a control unit, lifting mechanism, movable sample carriage, and an impact base plate. During testing, the specimen is raised to a preset height and released to freely fall in a specified orientation so that it collides with the impact surface, enabling evaluation of package integrity under real-world handling shocks.
