JRWS measures concrete thermal properties including adiabatic temperature rise curve, specific heat capacity, thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and linear thermal expansion. It is used in labs and field-related quality control for civil infrastructure such as buildings, roads, bridges, dams, reservoirs, and cofferdams, following GB/T 50081-2019, JG/T 329-2011, D/T 5150-2001, and SL 352-2006.
Product Description
The JRWS Concrete Thermal Physical Parameter Tester is a modular test system for determining key thermal characteristics of concrete. It supports integrated measurement of adiabatic temperature rise, specific heat capacity, thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and linear thermal expansion, enabling real-time monitoring and control via a computer interface, while each functional module can also operate independently.
Designed for universities, research institutes, inspection agencies, and construction quality laboratories, the system complies with GB/T 50081-2019 methods for concrete physical and mechanical properties, JG/T 329-2011 for concrete thermal physical parameter measurement, D/T 5150-2001, and SL 352-2006 hydraulic concrete test regulations. Typical applications include mix design optimization, mass concrete thermal control, and performance verification in large civil engineering projects.
