Product Description
The SQ007 Fully Automatic Ceramic Freeze–Thaw Cycle Tester is designed to determine the frost resistance of ceramic tiles by subjecting specimens to controlled freezing and thawing cycles. The chamber, water management, and temperature control subsystems work together to execute test sequences automatically according to preset cycle counts.
The instrument follows the methodology defined in GB/T 3810.12-2016 and supports ceramic tile classifications per GB/T 4100-2015. Its integrated refrigeration chamber and automated inlet/outlet water system, governed by a precision temperature control and automation module, ensure consistent, repeatable test conditions for quality control and standards compliance.
