The GFT-1600 Dynamic High-Temperature Contact Angle Measuring Device employs a high-temperature, transmission projection apparatus to investigate material surface wettability phenomena and metal surface contact angles. This instrument monitors the contour changes of various metals, inorganic compounds, or their mixtures as they undergo sintering, softening, melting, and liquefying procedures during heating. It facilitates real-time image storage of the samples, along with temperature, height, and relevant data, providing reference data for calculations of surface tension and wetting angle.

Highly automated and user-friendly, it suits research departments testing materials' high-temperature physical properties, especially in metallurgy, chemical, power generation, and coal industries. The instrument operates under vacuum or protective atmospheres, integrating computer control for data collection and analysis, effectively reflecting dynamic contact angle changes.

The instrument captures sample images using an industrial USB CCD camera with a resolution greater than 5 megapixels, allowing dynamic data acquisition and sample contour tracking during the heating process. It supports temperatures up to 1700°C, with operational features including a microprocessor-controlled furnace using molybdenum-rhodium wire heating elements. Its illumination sources are adjustable LED lights, providing clear visualization for accurate measurements.
