A vertical dilatometer for measuring thermal expansion and contraction of large solid specimens such as concrete, ceramics, graphite, glass, and polymers up to 1000℃. It supports protective gas operation and adheres to GB/T 32158-2015 and GB/T 3074.4 sample preparation standards for materials research and quality control.
Product Description
The PZY-III-1000 is designed to precisely characterize dimensional changes and calculate thermal expansion coefficients of large solid samples during controlled heating. Typical applications include evaluation of ceramics, refractory materials, graphite/carbon, glass, building materials, concrete, and polymer composites.
The system features a vertical loading architecture that simplifies specimen installation and alignment with the furnace hot zone. An intelligent controller with PID regulation and PC-based interface enables configurable heating profiles and comprehensive process control. A protective gas port is provided for tests requiring inert or controlled atmospheres, and dedicated thermal analysis software supports full-process data acquisition and analysis.
