Product Description

The DRH-300 is a dual-plate thermal conductivity tester that determines the steady-state thermal conductivity of insulation and a wide range of solid materials using a guarded hot plate method aligned with ASTM C177 and ISO 8301. It supports automated clamping, precise multi-point temperature sensing, and stable temperature control with options for electronic cooling and water-mediated chilling.

Typical test specimens include fiberboard, loose-fill glass and ceramic fibers, XPS/EPS/PUR foams, laminated composite panels, vacuum insulation panels, rubber products, cement products, powders and fills, and gypsum boards. The system integrates computer-based control and data acquisition for real-time monitoring, calculation, reporting, and curve display, with available touch-screen integrated control.
