Product Description
The JB-30 Ceramic Impact Tester is used for conducting impact tests on the center points and edges of flat and concave dishware, making it suitable for both glazed and unglazed samples. It measures the energy required to produce initial cracks and complete breakage, ensuring the mechanical strength and durability of ceramic products. This tester complies with standards such as the GB/T4742 for daily-use ceramics impact toughness, QB/T 1993-2012, and ASTM C 368.
It features maximum impact energy of 2.156 joules and a minimum dial division value of 0.014 joules. The equipment is also equipped for various sizes of samples, including half-flat plates ranging from six to ten inches, bowls with a minimum diameter of eight centimeters, and cups of similar size. The device is an essential tool for manufacturers of ceramic products to ensure their items withstand daily wear and impact.
