The MIL-II is designed to measure the surface and interfacial tension of liquids, and perform contact angle and thin film wetting analysis. It is ideal for use in industries such as cleaning products, inks, paints, coatings, water treatment, pesticides, cosmetics, and transformer oils.

Product Description

The MIL-II Contact Angle and Surface Tension Analyzer conducts liquid surface tension measurements, utilizing the pull-off method which is a common technique for this purpose. The device incorporates a Hall sensor with a gradient magnetic field to form a displacement force sensor, reflecting relationships between force, displacement, and magnetic induction. It displays tension millivolt values on a four and a half-digit display, offering excellent visibility.

The instrument is equipped with software for Chinese-language operation that allows for automatic data storage and report printing. It offers both manual and automatic sample introduction, and features manual or automatic lifting options with a 100 mm ascent distance. The MIL-II supports full automation for testing contact angles using a CCD camera linked to a computer, with a resolution exceeding 500 megapixels and an image capture rate of no less than 30 frames per second.
