Product Description
The DN1001 is designed to verify the pressure resistance, sealing integrity, and anti-backflow performance of floor drains per GB/T 27710-2011. It uses electric loading and electronic force/pressure measurement, providing digital indication, maximum value hold, overload protection, and data retention upon power loss.
Typical operation involves mounting the specimen to the test station, connecting the lines, powering the unit, setting target pressure and hold time on the touchscreen, and starting the test. Example settings include 0.2 MPa for 30 s for pressure resistance, 0.04 MPa for 600 s for sealing, and 0.04 MPa for 1800 s for anti-backflow; after each run the pump is stopped, pressure is released, and the sample is removed.
