Floor Drain Water Seal Stability Tester

Published: 3/14/2025

The DF1004 is a vacuum-based system designed to evaluate the stability of water seals in floor drains in accordance with GB/T 27710-2011. It provides digital vacuum display, setpoint control, and hold functionality for repeatable, accurate testing.

Product Description

The DF1004 Floor Drain Water Seal Stability Tester is engineered to assess the residual water seal depth of floor drains after exposure to specified vacuum conditions, ensuring compliance with GB/T 27710-2011. The system integrates an electric vacuum pump and a resistance vacuum gauge with digital indication to enable precise vacuum setting, holding, and controlled release.

During a test, the specimen floor drain is mounted on the test station and filled to the required water seal height. The operator initiates the test from the front panel, maintains the target vacuum for the prescribed time, then releases the vacuum and measures the remaining water seal depth to determine stability.

The unit is intended for use on a stable, level platform in a normal laboratory environment and requires a standard AC power supply. Proper installation and environmental conditions ensure measurement repeatability and instrument longevity.
