The DF1004 Trap Seal Stability Tester is an essential tool for testing the stability of water seals in floor drains, designed in accordance with the national GB/T 27710-2011 standard. It utilizes an electric vacuum pump and a resistance gauge, featuring digital vacuum displays, vacuum settings, and retention functions to maintain precise pressure levels during the test.
In operation, the device requires setting up the floor drain in the testing station, filling it with enough water to reach the required trap seal height, and initiating the test with the control panel. After the predefined pressure retention period, the device measures the remaining water seal depth to assess the stability.
