Product Description

The WZ1001 is engineered to measure floor drainage flow rates and to assess the self-cleaning performance of water-seal floor drains per GB/T 26712-2011 (Sanitary Ware) and GB/T 27710-2011 (Floor Drains). It integrates an electric water pump for dosing, a turbine flowmeter for precise flow measurement, digital flow indication, and automatic water level control to streamline testing.

For flow testing, the sample is mounted in a standard tank and the pump outlet valve is adjusted until the indicated flow matches the compliant value for the drain socket size; compliance is confirmed when the drain discharge exceeds the pump flow. For self-cleaning evaluation, after achieving the required water-seal depth, 30 nylon balls of 4 mm diameter are introduced into the seal area, the cover is replaced, and a high-flow cycle is run; the number of balls discharged is recorded over three repetitions and averaged, then expressed as a percentage of 30.

Recommended operating conditions include stable installation on a level surface, operation at ambient temperature with low humidity, and environments free of vibration, corrosive media, and strong electromagnetic interference. Supply voltage fluctuation should remain within the stated tolerance.
