Bench-top system for evaluating slip resistance of tile and similar surfaces under wet conditions. Designed for type testing of escalator steps, moving walk pallets, comb plates, and floor panels in accordance with JC/T 1050-2007.
Product Description
The DH-2000 Tile Slip Resistance Test Bench simulates an inclined, water-lubricated surface to assess the anti-slip performance of tiles and related flooring components. A rigid 2000 mm by 300 mm platform is motor-driven via a leadscrew to vary the incline at a controlled angular speed, allowing the operator to progressively increase the angle and determine slip behavior under standardized conditions.
Aligned with JC/T 1050-2007, the system supports type testing of escalator steps, moving walkway pallets, comb plates, and floor panels. Integrated water supply components deliver a specified flow to create consistent wetting, while collection and reservoir hardware manage recirculation and drainage for repeatable, safe testing.
