The High Temperature Dynamic Slag Resistance Furnace is designed to test the slag resistance of refractory products, utilizing a dynamic molten slag test method. It is applied in industries requiring high-temperature resistance and evaluation of refractory materials against slag erosion.

Product Description

The High Temperature Dynamic Slag Resistance Furnace is mainly used for testing the slag resistance performance of refractory products. It is manufactured in compliance with the national standard GB/T 8931-2007 for refractory material slag resistance testing methods. The furnace adapts to dynamic molten slag erosion and penetration tests on refractory materials at high temperatures.

The equipment consists of a vertical high-temperature atmosphere electric furnace, including a furnace shell, heating module, crucible, and an operation and control system, along with auxiliary components. The heating system utilizes high-precision digital intelligent temperature controllers and continuous silicon-controlled pressure regulators, allowing for customizable process curves and effective temperature control to prevent overshooting.

The furnace can operate in various atmospheric conditions, including both air and protective environments, providing versatility for testing under different conditions. It features programmable PID control for precise temperature management, and supports simultaneous testing of four samples in a rotating mechanism, allowing the samples to perform planetary movements suspended in slag.
