A high-temperature vacuum thermal conductivity tester based on the heat-flow meter method for low-conductivity refractory and insulation materials including carbon felt. Designed for precise measurements in accordance with GB/T 10295 and related standards for research and quality control applications.

Product Description

The DRX-II-SPB is designed to measure the thermal conductivity of low-conductivity materials such as carbon-containing refractories, refractory ceramic fiber products, composites, insulation bricks and boards, and carbon felt. It employs the heat-flow meter method and provides automated operation with digital display of state points to support high-accuracy characterization in laboratories and material R&D.

The system supports vacuum and controlled atmospheres within the test chamber and uses a high-temperature heat flux sensor at the cold side to quantify heat flow. Heating up to 1600°C is achieved with molybdenum rods, and dedicated analysis software enables automated data acquisition and calculation, with optional manual operation when required. Reference methods include GB/T 17911.8-2002 (refractory ceramic fiber products) and YB/T 4130-2005 (refractory materials).
