Bond Work Index Ball Mill
Published: 10/9/2021
The QM-3 Bond Work Index Ball Mill determines the grindability of cement raw materials and blends according to the Bond method. It is also suitable for fine grinding of small batches in ceramic and chemical laboratories and pilot production lines.
Product Description
The QM-3 Bond Work Index Ball Mill is the core instrument for measuring the Bond grindability index (BWI) of cement raw materials and mixtures in accordance with GB/T 26567-2011 (Bond method). The principle is to grind material in a specified mill until equilibrium is reached, then calculate the index from the finished product mass produced per mill revolution to indicate grinding difficulty.
Beyond BWI testing, the mill supports fine grinding of small batches for ceramics and chemical applications in laboratories and small-scale production. The system comprises a mechanical drive, electrical control, and grinding chamber, offering a simple structure with reliable operation and easy maintenance.
