Sanitary Ceramic Anti-Crazing Tester

Published: 3/3/2022

The TKL-B tester evaluates the anti-crazing performance of sanitary ceramics by alternating immersion in controlled hot and cold water baths. It conforms to GB/T 6952—2015 requirements for anti-crazing test equipment.

Product Description

The TKL-B Anti-Crazing Tester is designed for cyclic thermal shock testing of sanitary ceramic products to assess resistance to crazing. It uses an FRPP hot and cold water tank system with an all-copper circulation pump for corrosion resistance and stable operation.

The hot bath is heated via a temperature controller driving nichrome heating elements, while the cold bath is refrigerated through a compressor controlled by a temperature controller. To ensure temperature uniformity in the cold bath, the circulation pump draws warmer water from the upper region and returns it to the lower region, creating effective circulation. The control system integrates a digital temperature regulator and a time relay to enable automatic temperature control and test completion shutdown.
