It is suitable for testing the crazing resistance of sanitary ceramics in accordance with GB/T 6952–2015 standards.
Product Description
The TKL-B Sanitary Ceramic Crazing Resistance Tester is engineered with an FRPP water tank and a copper water pump, offering superior resistance to rust and corrosion. Its intelligent control system utilizes a digital regulator and a time relay to automate temperature control and shut down upon test completion. This equipment ensures reliability, ease of operation, and precision in testing. The design meets the requirements of GB/T 6952–2015 for testing sanitary ceramics.
The heating system of the hot water tank is managed by a temperature controller utilizing a nickel-chromium resistance wire, whereas the cooling system of the cold water tank employs a temperature controller to regulate a compressor. For uniformity in temperature across the cold water tank, a circulating pump circulates water to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
