Sanitary Ceramic Flushing Function Tester

The TCS-II Sanitary Ceramic Flushing Function Tester is designed to evaluate flushing volume, instantaneous flow rate, and flushing velocity for sanitary ware and associated flush valves. It uses a variable-frequency constant-pressure water supply to maintain stable test conditions and automatically collects data for analysis and report generation.

The system supports both automatic and manual operation, providing real-time monitoring of pressure, flow, cycle counts, and actuator status with closed-loop control to maintain setpoints. It generates process flow displays, real-time parameter views, and selectable test procedures, and can be extended to test cistern fittings and faucets as required.

The tester outputs instantaneous flushing speed and volume curves (original and fitted) with a sampling period not less than 70 ms, including export of raw data and electronic documents. It offers high accuracy, reliability, and stability, adjustable flushing time up to 60 s, maximum flushing volume of 13 L, and a level gauge display with 0.1 mm resolution, while accommodating common test media such as PP balls, PE granules, artificial casings, and paper wads for ease of counting and retrieval.

Standards support includes GB/T 26750-2011 for pressure flushing devices of sanitary toilets, GB 6952-2015 for sanitary ceramics, and JC/T 931-2003 for mechanical toilet flush valves, with design references covering AS 1172.1-2005, AS 1172.2-1999, ATS 5200.016-2005, ATS 5200.017-2005, EN 997:2003, and ASME A112.19.6 (latest).
