The TCS-II Sanitary Ceramic Flushing Function Tester is designed with a variable frequency constant pressure water supply system, ensuring precise control and ease of operation. This device complies with standards such as GB/T26750-2011 and GB6952-2015, making it suitable for standardized testing of sanitary ware fittings and cistern components.

Key features of this machine include automatic and manual operation modes, which accommodate various testing requirements. It enables real-time monitoring of system parameters like pressure and flow rate, and features an alarm system for equipment failure or test completion alerts. It also offers detailed graphical visualization and extended functionality for testing water tank accessories and faucet fixtures.

The system displays and outputs instantaneous flushing speed and volume curves, with a sampling frequency not less than 70ms. Highly reliable and stable, the tester measures a maximum flushing volume of 13L within an adjustable time frame, displaying measurement results with high precision.
