Sanitary Ceramic Thermal Shock Tester

Published: 3/3/2022

Automated tester for evaluating sanitary ceramics under alternating hot and cold water to assess thermal shock resistance. Designed for compliance with AS 3588-1996, EN 14688-2015, EN 14516-2006, and EN 13310-2015 test methods.

Product Description

The SQ005B Sanitary Ceramic Thermal Shock Tester simulates rapid temperature alternation by cycling hot and cold water over ceramic products such as wash basins, sinks, and baths. It verifies product durability against thermal stress and validates conformity to international sanitary ware standards.

The system features touch-screen control and fully automated operation, enabling precise setting of temperature, pressure, and flow for repeatable test sequences. Integrated hot and cold water circuits with controlled tanks maintain stable setpoints and allow accurate pressure and flow measurement during testing.
