Product Description

The PCY-SL-300 tester is designed to measure the linear thermal expansion coefficients of plastic polymers, composite materials, and metals within a specified temperature range. It features a user-friendly interface in Chinese, allowing for fully automated tests, easy operation, data printing, and archival storage. Applications include evaluating thermal expansion coefficients, softening temperature, glass transition temperature, and phase transition. The tester complies with standards GB1036-2008 and ASTM D696, offering modern testing methods for factories and research institutions.

Equipped with features such as PID parameter controlled heating rates and an online detection capability through a computer interface, the tester is state-of-the-art. It has a wide temperature range of -50°C to +300°C, with precise control and measurement capabilities. Sample testing accommodates both round and square shapes within 6-10mm in diameter, providing flexibility for various material tests.
