Product Description
The DPK-500N/1000N/2000N Bending Strength Tester applies uniform loading via an electric drive to evaluate the bending, flexural, and compressive strength of ceramic tiles and other ceramic products such as engineering ceramics, electrical porcelain, domestic ceramics, ceramic pipes, and brick products. It is designed around a touch-screen control system with integrated load cell measurement to automate testing workflows in accordance with GB/T 3810.4-2016 and EN ISO 10545-4.
The instrument consists of an electric loading lever, load sensor, touch-screen control and data-processing system, a rigid frame, and working surface. It supports automatic calculation of bending strength, displacement measurement with fine resolution, and stable AC power operation for laboratory environments.
