The DPK-500N/1000N/2000N Flexural Strength Tester is designed with an electric loading mechanism that facilitates smooth and constant loading. It complies with ceramic tile standards such as GB/T 3810.4-2016 and EN ISO 10545-4 for measuring the modulus of rupture and destructive strength of ceramic tiles. This instrument is also suitable for evaluating the bending, flexural, and compressive strength of engineering ceramics, electrical ceramics, daily ceramics, ceramic pipes, and brick products.
The instrument is composed of an electric loading handle, load sensor, touch screen control system, and a supporting frame and work surface. Its advanced technology allows automatic calculation of flexural strength and it features a touch computer control and data processing system that ensures accuracy.
