Product Description

The Heat Flow Method Thermal Conductivity Tester measures the thermal conductivity, diffusivity, and thermal resistance of different types of materials by employing the heat flow method. The instrument is designed according to ASTM D5470 standards for thermally conductive electrical insulating materials, and references standards such as ASTM C518-04 and GB10295-2008 for steady-state thermal resistance measurement methods.

This tester is fully automated, capable of evaluating thermal properties of ceramics, glass, refractory materials, polymers, nylons, plastics, silicone rubber, resin, and insulating materials. It features automated pressure application and thickness measurement capabilities, allowing testing under various pressure conditions to minimize human error. Advanced software provides a user-friendly interface in both Chinese and English.
