Product Description
The SQ006 system automates the full test cycle for determining thermal shock resistance, from heating to controlled air cooling, minimizing operator intervention and improving repeatability. It is designed for laboratory and production quality control of honeycomb ceramics, ceramic tiles, refractory products, graphite materials, and other non-metallic silicate components.
The instrument provides a touch-screen interface for parameter setup, real-time data display, and process control. Depending on the material’s water absorption, it supports both immersion and non-immersion procedures to meet the specified national standards.
