Product Description
The DZY-1800 is designed for rapid and accurate assessment of large-format ceramic tiles by capturing key parameters—center curvature, edge curvature, and flatness—after a single placement of the specimen. A high-precision laser micrometer scans across the tile while the system controls XY motion and captures height data for automated reporting.
The instrument integrates computer control and USB connectivity to automate measurement, visualization, and print-ready reporting, making it suitable for tile manufacturers and quality inspection agencies. A leveled, adjustable reference platform supports large panels, while stepper-driven motion ensures consistent scanning and configurable traverse speed.
