GHR2000 Stirred Rheometer

Published: 10/14/2024

Benchtop stirred rheometer for characterizing the rheology of concrete mortars from low slump to self-compacting mixes. Suitable for research, mix design optimization, and production quality control across laboratories, manufacturers, suppliers, and construction teams.

Product Description

The GHR2000 stirred rheometer measures the flow behavior of cementitious materials using a driven impeller to generate controlled shear while recording torque response. It supports testing across key stages of concrete development and production, enabling users to derive rheological curves and evaluate workability and stability.

Typical applications include research studies, formulation and mix proportioning, and in-process quality control. Stress growth and dynamic rheological curve tests are supported to quantify parameters relevant to pumpability, finishing, and setting behavior.
