Stirring Rheometer

Published: 10/14/2024

The GHR2000 Stirring Rheometer is designed to measure the rheological properties of polymer melts, solutions, suspensions, emulsions, coatings, inks, and foods. It is used in research, concrete material proportioning, and production quality control across various industries.

Product Description

The GHR2000 Stirring Rheometer offers a scientific method for testing concrete, applicable throughout all stages of concrete production and construction. It serves researchers, testing institutions, manufacturers, material suppliers, and even construction personnel. The device is used to determine the rheological properties of polymeric materials by observing the response of molecular chains at different scales in materials such as plastics, rubber, and resins.

Rheological measurements are a vital tool for assessing the molecular weight, molecular weight distribution, branching degrees, and processing performance of high polymers. The device provides direct correlation, aiding in raw material inspection, process design, and performance prediction. It is capable of testing from low slump to self-compacting concrete mortars and works most effectively when concrete slump exceeds 75mm, as harder concretes pose challenges for the instrument.
