Permeable Pavement Brick Permeability Coefficient Tester

The TSX-300 is a dedicated instrument for determining the permeability coefficient of permeable pavement bricks and slabs. It uses program-controlled flow to simulate rainfall conditions and evaluate the permeation rate of sand-based permeable bricks or similar materials that require equivalent test scenarios.

Developed to comply with GB/T 25993-2023, the system emphasizes simple structure, ease of operation, and cost-effective testing while improving precision through the use of recirculated, degassed water. Typical applications include R&D, quality control, and compliance verification in building materials laboratories.

The tester integrates a spray system, metering pump, water tank, protective splash cover, liquid level acquisition, and a touch-screen control interface with print capability. These subsystems work together to deliver controlled inflow, reliable data capture, and streamlined operation for routine permeability assessments.
