A laboratory instrument for determining the load softening temperature of refractories, ceramics, and graphite under simultaneous heat and compressive load. It conforms to YB/T 370, GB/T 5989, and ISO 1893:1989 methods (non-dilatometric heating).

Product Description

The High-Temperature Load Softening Point Tester measures the temperature range at which refractory and related materials undergo noticeable plastic deformation under a specified compressive load during controlled heating. It supports non-dilatometric heating methods per international and Chinese standards and offers configurations suited to different sample geometries and material types.

The system provides manual or fully programmable heating with multi‑segment profiles, precise deformation measurement, optional direct-load digital application, and stable thermal zones for accurate determination of softening behavior. It can interface with a computer for automated control and report generation.
