A high-temperature rotational viscometer for measuring the viscosity of molten or liquid materials with automated data acquisition and real-time temperature–viscosity curve display. Suitable for research and quality control where precise viscosity characterization up to 1600°C is required.
Product Description
The instrument uses a rotational cylinder method combined with advanced sensing, an intelligent data acquisition unit, and computer software to automate the entire test workflow. Viscosity results are captured and processed by the software with online visualization of temperature–viscosity dynamics.
It supports both high-temperature and ambient tests, enabling fixed-point viscosity at constant temperature and viscosity curve determination during controlled cooling. Typical applications include the viscosity measurement of molten substances in glass, ceramics, graphite, and refractory material development and process control.
