Product Description
The NDJ-II-14/16 high-temperature viscosity tester adopts the rotary cylinder method for viscosity measurement, combined with advanced sensor technology, smart data collection, and computer technology for fully automated testing processes. The instrument automatically collects and processes test data, displaying the temperature-viscosity dynamic curve online. It's designed to test the viscosity of molten substances.
The equipment includes a rotary viscometer, sample molybdenum rod test head, graphite or sintered corundum crucible, suspension wire, thermocouple (made of platinum-rhodium), heating furnace, intelligent temperature control device, and a computer with data processing software. The instrument provides both high-temperature and ambient temperature measurements, constant temperature viscosity testing, and viscosity curve determination upon cooling. It measures molten substances' viscosity in compliance with national standards (suspension wire method) YB/T 185—2001 and other related international standards.
