The DRH300 measures thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of insulation and building materials using a heat flow meter method. It offers automated temperature control, data acquisition, and reporting in compliance with ASTM C518, ISO 8301, and GB/T standards.

Product Description

The DRH300 Heat Flow Meter Thermal Conductivity Tester is designed for steady-state measurement of flat insulating and construction materials such as boards, clays, sands, ceramics, plastics, fibers, foams, and glass. Samples are clamped between two heat flux sensors with a fixed or programmable temperature gradient, enabling rapid stabilization and high repeatability for quality control and process monitoring.

The system automates temperature control, data acquisition, analysis, and report generation. A Peltier-controlled plate assembly with external water bath cooling ensures precise temperature regulation, while motorized plate movement and automatic sample thickness measurement streamline test setup. The instrument supports embedded touch-screen operation or connection to an external computer, and stores calibration and test parameters for industrial use.
