The PCY-III-SG series Horizontal Dual Push Rod Thermal Expansion Coefficient Tester is designed for standard dual sample testing using the expansion method. This instrument is used for materials such as refractory ceramics, glass, graphite, polymers, and metal alloys. It features full automation, ease of testing, easy operation, data printout, experimental data storage, and a rich database for modification and retrieval. Its application includes performance detection of ceramic and refractory materials in factories and research institutes. The tester meets GB/T32158-2015 and GB/T3074.4 standards and has a horizontal design.
This instrument utilizes computer and intelligent instrument (microcontroller) technology to monitor and control the entire experiment process for displacement and temperature, capable of offline and online automatic testing. It operates in a Windows environment with a user-friendly interface in Chinese. The system supports two samples simultaneously or comparative testing between a standard and a sample. Intelligent instruments enable setting, adjustment, and locking of parameters via a computer.
