High-Temperature Thermal Conductivity Tester for Insulation Materials

The DRX-I-SPB measures the thermal conductivity of low-thermal-conductivity refractory and insulation materials at elevated temperatures using a guarded hot plate (water-flow flat-plate) method. It is designed for standardized testing of refractory bricks, insulation boards, ceramic fiber products, and powders with automated control and report output.
Product Description
The DRX-I-SPB is a high-temperature thermal conductivity testing system designed for refractory and insulation materials, including refractory products, refractory ceramic fiber products, insulating bricks, insulating boards, and powder materials. It targets low thermal conductivity materials commonly used in high-temperature thermal management and furnace lining applications.
The instrument operates using a flat-plate method (water-flow flat-plate principle) and is referenced to GB/T 17911.8-2002 and YB/T 4130-2005 (Refractory materials—thermal conductivity test method, water-flow flat-plate method), as well as ASTM C201 and ASTM C417. An embedded industrial control computer enables fully automated test execution and control, supporting automatic data logging and test report printing.
A standard delivery configuration includes the DRX-I-SPB main unit, a constant-temperature water bath for the circulating water system, dedicated test software, a desktop computer, and silicon molybdenum rod heating elements.
