The PZY-III Vertical Dual-Sample Thermal Expansion Coefficient Tester is designed to evaluate the expansion and contraction of composite materials, including ceramics, glass, alloys, non-metallic, graphite carbon, and rubber plastic composites, in molten states. It is compatible with several standards such as ASTM D 3386, DIN 51045, GB/T32158-2015, and GB/T3074.4. This tester offers intelligent control over the testing process, with displacement and temperature monitoring throughout. It features a vertical structure and dual-pushrod design for ease of sample loading, providing strong compatibility with different sample shapes.
The system supports the automatic calculation of linear expansion coefficients and offers detailed visual data outputs with temperature-expansion coefficient curves. Test results can be recorded, stored, and printed directly. The tester is also equipped to automatically analyze and calculate expansion coefficients and linear expansion data, ensuring precise measurements.
